2. Leadership & personnal development - A team of professional coaches matches and continuously tailors modern coaching techniques to the needs of each participant. Following participants individually and in teams, they guide them in assessing and building on their own strengths, values and potential.
3. The cross-cultural business perspective gained through residencies to the United States and Asia and through culturally diverse classes is an integral part of the Executive MBA experience, allowing each participant to discover various business cultures and techniques.
4. Social Class Project - Run collectively by the class throughout the course of the program, the Social Class Project is designed to contribute to the betterment of society, foster teamwork and strengthen class spirit.
