Testimonies

Aalya Ghouli
2015 valedictorian
The Executive Advanced Master in Senior Bank Management has the advantage of being a multidisciplinary diploma that addresses a variety of banking-related subjects with a significant management dimension. It allowed me to complete and deepen my knowledge of the banking world with a broader vision of its various problematics and to evolve alongside other professionals coming from all kinds of backgrounds. (...)
The added value of the ESSEC/CFPB partnership is to combine the expertise of the meticulous teaching of banking techniques of the CFPB with the expertise in management education of ESSEC. On top of that, the thesis work, supervised by ESSEC relies on a well framed and enriching approach. Altogether, a program of excellence, comprehensive on all points of view.

Aymeric Gogendeau
2016 valedictorian
The strength of the CFPB/ESSEC partnership is that the first one’s field of expertise is technical banking skills, with many professional speakers from the industry, whereas the ESSEC approach is much more management oriented, with change management and personal development. They are two complementary teams, with one shared objective: train senior executives, make us question ourselves, our practices and push us forward on banking expertise. (...) In the thesis, there is a twofold dimension, academic and operational. It allows not only to put pack in perspective all of our management and technical training, but also offers us the possibility to defend a subject to our own banks. Generally, there is a shared interest with our company that gains new thought material and practical recommendations. It requires a significant amount of personal work but I am highly satisfied with the course, especially with the encounters I could make.
