With this unique Executive Master’s, you will be taught by a hand-picked faculty combining the very best minds from both ESSEC and Glion.

Your study pathway

• 4 distance-learning online modules of 12 weeks.
• 4 face-to-face sessions of 6 days on ESSEC & Glion campuses
• 1 Capstone Project or Applied Business Project to be completed within 15 months after the start of the program.
• 4 Masterclasses.

At the heart of the program are four leadership-focused modules worth a total of 30 US credits. They are:

Module 1: New Frontiers in Hospitality
Online learning and Residential Week in Switzerland

Module 2: Driving Financial Performance
Online learning and Residential Week in Singapore

Module 3: Delivering Operational Excellence
Online learning and Residential Week in the UK

Module 4: Leading the Transformation
Online learning and Residential Week in France

You will also take part in a number of Masterclasses in areas such as crisis management in hospitality, retaining talent, metaverse and eco-luxury and sustainability.

At the end of the taught curriculum, you will complete a Capstone or Applied Business Project to develop, analyze, and synthesize a real-world business problem.

Remote learning: designed for ambitious professionals

At the program’s core are four leadership-focused distance learning modules of 12 weeks’ duration each. They are:

• New Frontiers in Hospitality
• Driving Financial Performance
• Delivering Operational Excellence
• Leading the Transformation

Each module incorporates a specialized Masterclass, covering the Metaverse and its impact on the industry; blockchain technology; crisis management in hospitality; and retaining talent – new challenges.

You will have an average of 15 hours of study per week, with free access to smart tools and applications throughout the program. The curriculum is delivered through self-paced digital courses accompanied by expert Masterclasses, forum discussions and networking opportunities.

Residential Weeks: intensive learning, extensive networking

A unique and exceptional feature of this Executive Master’s sees participants spend a week on an international campus for each module. You will have the opportunity to learn in Paris, London, Singapore and Montreux.

During these carefully-curated Residential Weeks you will:

• Attend face-to-face classes
• Enjoy behind-the-scenes tours of leading hotels and other hospitality businesses
• Meet with visiting experts
• Get to know your fellow participants as you build a strong team dynamic

You will also have the opportunity to meet and network with locally-based alumni from both Glion and ESSEC.
