Our approach
Our training courses are tailor-made, which means they are also flexible. All of our professors and staff travel around the world. Sessions are organized on our campuses in France and Singapore, as well as at partner universities.
Our training courses fall into 3 types of solutions:
- General management courses. They offer exchange and perspective to managers. They also allow for more in-depth knowledge of specific fields or an understanding of economic stakes.
- Conference cycles or focus shifting. They offer a space for reflecting on current events and the major directions in economic and managerial life.
- Seminars on fields of expertise. These are aimed at managers with the same function or individuals seeking to learn more about a field.

Notre mission
Nous croyons que la performance collective de l’organisation passe par le progrès individuel de chaque manager. C’est pourquoi nous mettons en place un accompagnement sur mesure au service de la performance globale et durable.
L’accompagnement managérial est une pédagogie qui se définit comme le pivot du progrès managérial individuel.
Notre démarche
L’accompagnement managérial ou coaching de performance est le conseil, le soutien et le développement d’un manager par un autre manager plus expérimenté.
L’accompagnement peut être soit collectif (équipes), soit individuel (face-à-face) selon vos attentes et vos besoins.
ESSEC MA s’est forgé un savoir-faire particulier : le développement de dispositifs d’accompagnement des managers à la performance. Ces dispositifs sont conçus par des dirigeants et managers opérationnels en lien avec des ingénieurs pédagogiques.
