Today’s managers must be as concerned about their results (and how they achieve those results) as they are about the people who are vital to achieving them. The human dimension of management is essential for ensuring the company’s performance and the well-being of those who work for it.

  • To improve participants’ knowledge of themselves and their ability to be introspective
  • To provide participants with some theories on personality, behavior and human interaction (regarding power, conflicts, partnership, bereavement, etc.) that will allow them to gain a better understanding of how their staff react to different situations
  • To ensure that participants promote employee learning through action and reflection, helping them achieve greater autonomy
  • To ensure that participants know how to best conduct themselves in handling diverse workforces and situations, and know which tools can help them in their endeavors 
  • To make participants aware of the complexities of different situations and the systematic approach towards confronting them
  • To ensure that participants’ managerial decisions also include an ethical dimension
