- To ensure that participants promote employee learning through action and reflection, helping them achieve greater autonomy
- To ensure that participants know how to best conduct themselves in handling diverse workforces and situations, and know which tools can help them in their endeavors
- To make participants aware of the complexities of different situations and the systematic approach towards confronting them
- To ensure that participants’ managerial decisions also include an ethical dimension
