Human resources management for non-specialists
Human resources management has undergone major changes in the past 30 years. From administrative management to HR development, practices tend more and more toward managing individual development.
Faced with these changes, managers play an increasingly active role in developing effective HR management, while HR professionals continually develop more advanced expertise.
The HR Management for Non-Specialists module was designed to introduce individuals taking on operational responsibilities in team management or functional responsibilities within an HR department, to the strategic challenges and resulting best practices within the HR domain.
