Hotel Executive Program

HEP is aimed at hotel managers with a minimum of 10 years professional experience (at both operational and managerial levels) within the industry. It has been designed as a management development program for managers currently working in the sector to provide them with the opportunity to update their skills and competencies, explore latest trends or prepare for a promotion or new position.

Participants typically come from different parts of the industry (including from hotel chains, independent hotels and related sectors such as hostels, apart-hotels, health care, etc.), hold diverse positions (General Manager, Resident Manager, Owner, Developer) and come from several European counties (France, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Germany, the UK and Hungary).

A small number of experienced managers from other sectors may be admitted where they can demonstrate a clear career path within the hotel sector.

The program is delivered entirely in English.
