- To master all steps in the recruiting process, from the needs statement to a candidate’s integration
- To master the context comprehension phase, needs analysis phase, and preparing job and desired candidate descriptions
- To learn techniques for sourcing (advertisements, employment websites, networks) and approaching candidates directly
- To acquire knowledge of an interview structure for evaluating skills with no direct or unconscious discrimination
- To learn evaluation methods and know how to recognize which methods offer the most accurate prognostication
- To know how to introduce and promote candidates, and to optimize the integration process
